Durable & Heavy Duty: This sun shade rail is made of 180g/m² HDPE (high-density polyethylene, which is a thermoplastic, not polyester or oxford fabric), woven with high quality lock-stitch construction for strength and impact resistance. Double stitched seams around the edges and corners with 4cm width webbing inside all help to enhance the lifespan. UV Inhibitors added to fabric to deflect the damage caused by the sun, won’t rot or absorb moisture.
Breathable & Protective: Thanks to the UV inhibitors in the material, the shade rail can block 80%-85% of UV, protect our skin from harmful rays. it is permeable to air and water, allows cool air to penetrate the shade sail, providing an airy, comfortable, and well-ventilated space. The material is opaque, while let light through, can protect your privacy to a certain extent.
Stylish Curved Design: The perimeter of each sail is designed with a pleasing curve inwards towards the center of the sail to control the fabric tension. When properly tensioned, this curve helps eliminate fabric wrinkles, sagging. It is a stylish, affordable alternative to the garden umbrella, gazebo or expensive fixed awning.
Easy to Hang Up and Take Down: With a 2.5x3cm stainless steel D-ring on each corner and 1.5m PP ropes, the sun canopy can be fixed to walls, fences, posts and even trees, and used in courtyard, pool areas, gardens, children’s play areas, car spaces, and even entry ways.
How to Choose A Suitable Shade Sail: 1, The distance between 2 poles should be 35 to 100cm longer than the length of sail. 2, The dimensions of the sun sail are from one D-ring to the other when fully tensioned. The error tolerance is +/- 5％. 3, The shading area might be smaller than the area of our sail due to its curved edges and light direction.
