There are many hundreds of different types of Eucalyptus that contain high levels of eucalyptol, but Globulus is the most popular. Both Eucalyptus Globulus and Eucalyptus Radiata are rich in cineole yet have very distinct aromas. E. Globulus, also known as Blue Gum, has a warm, rich herbaceous aroma with woody undertones. E. Radiata, otherwise know as Eucalyptus Australian, has a sharp aroma with citrus undertones.
