The Radio Controlled mechanism fitted to your clock has a built in receiver, which is tuned to the National Physical Laboratory MSF Transmitter based in Anthorn, Cumbria. The time signal received is controlled by a cesium clock, is accurate to within one second every 1000 years, allows fully automatic set up of your clock and will automatically adjust for summer/winter time changes.
