Our iced coffee maker is designed with a large capacity glass carafe. It can hold up to 34oz (1000ml) of cold brew, which translates to 8 4oz cups of coffee. This makes it incredibly easy to prep and use for the entire week. How to use cold brew maker? Set the filter assembly on a flat surface and begin pouring coarse ground coffee into the filter. Place filter assembly into the glass carafe to let it sit gently (don’t push all the way in). Pour water, making sure to wet the coffee grounds evenly. Continue to pour water until it reaches a half inch below the max fill line. Now, push the filter all the way inside the glass carafe. Place top lid onto the filter assembly to create a tight seal. Refrigerate for 16-24 hours before enjoying. How to store cold brew maker? Our cold coffee maker is 9 inches tall (23cm), easily fitting onto any refrigerator shelf. We recommend brewing it in the refrigerator for 16 to 24 hours . The longer the steep time, the stronger and more flavorful the cold brew will be. Freshly made cold brew will last in the fridge for 7 to 10 days as long as the airtight lid is placed and sealed correctly. How to clean cold brew maker? There should be 4 main parts to clean on our cold coffee brewer including the top lid, filter assembly, glass carafe, and stainless steel housing. While the glass carafe and stainless steel housing are dishwasher safe, we highly recommend hand washing all components for best results and care. Use dishwashing liquid and warm water to clean. Avoid using harsh brushes and scrubbers.
