How do I choose the right size comforter?

Select the comforter size based on your bed size; All our comforter sizes are standardized due to mass production. If you prefer an overhanging effect, consider choosing a comforter one size larger than your bed for added style.

Does this comforter have a smell?

Some customers who are sensitive to smell may notice a slight odor due to the nature fillers. This is normal. Tumble or air it out to reduce the smell.

Not fluffy enough?

The comforter is vacuum-sealed. Tumble it for 15-20 minutes on low heat as per attached instruction sheet upon receipt. With proper daily use, it will become fluffier.

Do I have to use it with a duvet cover?

This comforter can be used alone. However, it’s recommended to use it with a duvet cover for a longer lifespan and easier cleaning.

I noticed black spots in my comforter. Is this normal?

Yes, the black spots you see are a result of using 100% unbleached down feathers. Geese and ducks may appear white, but there can be colorful down and feathers. Rest assured, this adheres to the IDFL Standard.
