The Hozelock Pulsating Sprinkler 450m² has . been specially designed to give 100% even water coverage regardless of the water pressure. (1-10 bar).

Easily Adjustable – The sprinkler can water a full circle or semi circle. Adjustment is easy, simply slide the red setting rings. 1 solid jet stream that can be manipulated into a wide fan spray and gives a max area coverage of approx 450m².

Perfect for lawns and established plants – The sprinkler is mounted on a solid metal spike which gives stability when pushed into a lawn or a border.They feature an ultra reliable, water-powered motor that operates at all pressures.

Diffuser Pin

This small red pin works by breaking up the stream of water. Turn it anti-clockwise until it is completely out of the stream and the sprinkler will produce a single jet of water with maximum distance. Turn it clockwise until it is in the stream of water and the sprinkler will produce a wide, dispersed flow of water with a shorter distance.

Deflector Dial

The red dial on the top of the sprinkler adjusts the angle of the yellow deflector. It is marked with jet and fan symbols. Turning the dial towards the jet symbol will allow the water to travel the full distance uninterrupted. Use this to water large lawns. Turning the dial towards the fan symbol will deflect the water downwards and outwards. Use this to water nearby flowerbeds.

Arc Adjusters & Trip Lever

The two red arc adjustment rings and the small metal trip lever work together to set the motion of the spray head. If you want to water in a continuous 360° circle, flip the metal trip lever upwards, away from the red rings. This will allow the spray head to rotate freely without stopping. If you want to water only part of a circle, for example, a semi-circle, flip the metal trip lever downwards, into the red ring area. Then, slide the red rings left or right to set the arc area. The arc adjusters move independently of each other to set each side of the desired arc.

Do you have good water pressure?

The Pulsating Sprinkler requires at least 1.5 bar (22psi) to work.

Arc Adjusters

Make sure that the red two arc adjusters have been moved apart, move them to 180 degrees apart and try again.

Installation Angle

Make sure that the pulsating sprinkler is at 90 deg to the ground, on a level surface.

Installation Depth

Make sure that the sprinkler is pushed fully into the ground, as far as possible (within reason).
