USAGE – The product is vacuum-packed for delivery. Simply shake and plump the topper from the edges to refresh the fibers. It is recommended to wait 4 to 5 hours and allow the product to expand to a thickness of up to 10 to 12cm. The wadding (filling) used is 12cm thick in actuality, but after knitting and vacuuming, filling fibers get merged. When you open it, it needs time to get back to its original position In actual 10 to 12 cm or 4 to 5 inches.

Beautifully Cloud-Like
This topper is amazing! As soon as it arrived,I knew this wasn’t the usual standard of topper- it is so heavy!We are against animal cruelty so never use down or feather products, but found most toppers to be a big letdown.I dreamt of having a bed that felt like a cloud, coddling my sore joints and muscles and massive amounts of comfort.Until today,I have never experienced that cloud- like dream bed ,but lying in my bed writing this review,I feel like a veritable cherub on my cloud(bed!)This topper is incredible value for money,well made,super comfy and just what I needed on this cold,rainy, autumn evening.Five stars are fully deserved and I highly recommend this product.Please don’t put the price up because everyone should have a chance to sleep in luxury â¤ï¸

When it arrived looked good and initially felt thick snd fluffy. (We have a new mattress thst just needed a softer touch) after one week still okay but not as fluffy or thick.Price was good.

Thick, dense and comfortable padding
About as thick as advertised, and the padding seems quite dense, so it should hold up over time. So far it seems to be holding up well about a month in to using it; a significant improvement to the excessively firm mattress I ended up being stuck with.Unfortunately it means most mattress covers won’t fit properly due to the added thickness, but I could probably find some extended ones if it really bothered me.
