Hard Substances: Cheese, dried fruits and certain vegetables such as carrots and celery.Soft Substances: Certain vegetables such as onions and spinachRaw and Cooked meat: Must be deboned and sliced

Slicing, Grating or Shredding…

Once the desired blade is fitted to the disk stand the shredding/slicing or grating disks can be used. Thickly slice potatoes, onions or Thinly slice cucumbers, beetroot, apples and carrots.
