Squeeze and retrieve the juice of one lemon.Zest the lime.Pour the heavy cream in our Expert bowl and by using a mixing machine beat it until it’s thick.Add the salt, lemon juice, lime zest and continue beating the chantilly, until the ingreadients are well incorporated.Put the chantilly cream in the fridge until it’s cooled down.
