Donât normally make reviews but I occasionally do when I value a product:I feel like a rotisserie chicken put into a delightfully warm oven and it makes me very happy I would definitely recommend and hereâs an honest review with some things to considerAdvantages:- has 3 different heat adjustments- the highest setting defo keeps you warm- fairly easy to put on the bed- takes a short amount of time to heat up (usually I can brush my teeth wash my face and itâs a good enough temperature, takes somewhere around 15-25mins I would say to sufficiently heat up the bed)-nothingâs complicated about it-has a remote to keep close to turn it off-when turned off heat maintains itself for minimum 30mins more than enough time to go to sleep-had it for over 3 months thereâs been no problems used it almost every single day since then too.-can keep it on all night-cheap to use-the side of the douvet in contact with the electric blanket also get warm so you can be sandwiched with warmth-definitely slightly improved my sleep and happinessDisadvantage:- the 1st heat level does basically nothing (but it a suitable level to maintain the warmth already there if you want to keep it on all night)-there is this little plastic thing only on one corner of the blanket where the remote wire links to as long as you sleep on the other side itâs no problem-width ways is perfect but length is a little short about 10inches short to cover the entire length of a double sized bed (although I think this is the pillow space encountered for)This is a winter game changer 8.75/10

Lovely blanket, but not the control.
I love this blanket as it’s so cosy and warm, and feels really luxurious on a chilly night, but the control is really difficult to use! I have arthritis in my hands and honestly it is so stiff to move, also sometimes the button gets stuck between settings and the light goes off, otherwise I love the actual function of the blanket!

One of the best things to have in winter and for a warm & comfortable bed!
I wished I had bought this years ago – why suffer in winters from a chilly bed when this was available?!It does take a bit of time for the blanket to heat up but the instructions do tell you to give it about 10 mins so don’t expect immediate and instant heat. The 3 heat settings give me an option to turn up/ turn down the heat and adjust to my needs which is great.I only have 2 minor gripes. The heating elements can be felt through the bedsheets so you need to use a decently padded mattress protector to help cushion the feel of the wires. Also, the plastic joint used to connect the blanket to the power socket is quite bulky and quite noticeable. I re-oriented the blanket so that this part lies at the bottom of the mattress (near the feet) but that means that the heating grid (which is more dense at the bottom) has now been re-oriented to the top which makes the heat slightly uneven. Perhaps they should have made the heating grids consistently even throughout the blanket…Anyway, those minor gripes aside, this has been one of the best things to have in the winter.

This blanket is fitted with a British 240 volt electrical plug which cannot be adapted to be used with North American 120 volt power. This may well be a good electric blanket–I’m just advising that it cannot be used in NA.

This product is from the UK! It needs a plug adaptor. Guess I missed that in the description!! Even with the adaptor I can’t get it to work- the power comes on but no heat. I can’t send it back because shipping costs more than the product and the company won’t pay for shipping. Trying now to figure out what to do with this large piece of wired fabric that can’t be used for anything. I am not a happy consumer…..
