Calming Blend: Combines Lavender, Cedarwood (Himalayan), Lemon Verbena, and Ylang Ylang, helps promote sleep, reduces stress, and eases anxiety. This Blend combines four oils which have been found to enhance the length and quality of sleep, so that when you rise in the morning you’re ready to face the day.
Lavender – used as a relaxing sleep aid and to calm your mind, body and spirit, reduces anxiety and lift low mood. Cedarwood – grounding, sedative properties create feelings of safety and comfort. Lemon Verbena – is rich in melatonin, which is primarily released by the pineal gland at night time. It is also thought to relieve stress and tension. Ylang Ylang – has natural soothing, sedative properties which make it easy for us to fall asleep.
Versatile Use: Ideal for diffusers, vaporizers, baths, and massages, making it easy to enjoy the benefits anywhere. Please note these blends are NOT diluted with a carrier oil.

Please always perform a patch test before use. Dilute 5 drops to 10ml of carrier oil for massage. Add 6-8 drops for the bath. Add 5-7 drops mixed with water in an oil burner. These blends should be diluted before application to skin.
