Powerful microwave with added bonus of air fryer, bake, grill.
I purchased this product in replacement of my 800W Samsung Healthy Steam 23L microwave which unfortunately stopped working.I was looking for a slightly more powerful one, and I discovered this Toshiba one on offer. At first I wasn’t sure if the additional features of airfry, broil and bake would be a bit of a gimmick, but I decided to give it a try.I was really impressed with how sleek the Combi microwave looked in its black and silver finish with a neat and simple display. It came with 2 metal stands and a cooking tray which I found useful for pizzas, frozen snacks, pastries, battered / breadcrumbed fish, chicken, fries, meatballs etc.It does take a while to get used to the different settings, and I am still figuring things out.Unfortunately the instructions are very limiting so it doesn’t give much guidance on food settings. There is a quick reference guide on the inner edge when you open the microwave door. It lists a few examples with settings to use, so I like to use this as a rough idea.It would have been nice if there was a booklet included with common foods and various settings required. It does take some experimentation. I have had a few failed attempts, and over cooked dishes. This Combi cooker is very powerful, somy advice is to pause the cooking process and keep checking your food. One of my favourite things is that you don’t need to wait for the device to pre heat like with a oven. It saves a lot of time.I am very pleased with my purchase and love the multiple features. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new microwave. The additional features are an added bonus and extremely useful when you know how.

Nice compact microwave
Good quality microwave works as it should too many preprogrammes for me would have preferred a more straightforward basic operation but Iâm sure Iâll work it all outBit disappointed with the air fryer operation again all preprogrammed I would have preferred to programme as I want but instead you have set times for some basic cookingYou are also missing a cook book which would have explained how to use the microwave and combination programmesThis beside itâs a good quality microwave which could be so much better
This seems to be working really well so far and it’s only a month in great product –
Amazing microwave
This microwave is very good value for money the colour is really nice and fits my kitchen perfectly and there hasn’t been a single performance issue with it what so ever

Very good value for money
Offers numerous cooking options and is easy to use once you’ve had time to figure it out. The instructions are a bit sketchy but you get there in the end. It looks very nice and the finish is good. Very happy with this product.

It works very well
It does what it says on the box but the instruction manual is not very instructive needs more elaboration

Toshiba 20l microwave
Nice looking small functional microwave. Looks good on worktop. Dial markers are small and difficult to see in dull light. It heats food smartly enough. Main issue is the fan does not seem strong enough to evacuate condensation produced when cooking. Small wisps of steam seeps out at edges of door. The inside walls stream with condensate and pools in the plate well. So you need to dry it out after every use â¹ï¸

Just a regular convection-microvwave oven.
I have a De longhi microwave combination convection oven and wanted another similar as that one is constantly in use. On the Delonghi, I can bake a cake very easily. The Toshiba seems to run a little colder when using the same temperature settings. Also the “Air Fryer” thing is a bit of wishful thinking. Essentially, they claim that if you use the convection oven and the grill together then that equals an airfyer – like algebra gone wrong, I would say. It says in the manual that the first air fyer setting for 16 minutes will give you french fries. I haven’t found the airfryed french fries very good. But then there’s nothing like deep-fried chips. But I haven’t been able to figure out how to change the time of that setting from the prefixed time of 22 minutes. I also made a cake and had to raise the temperature and add about 25 minutes after the prescribed temp and time for that cake did not give a cooked finished result. On the plus side, the grill is much hotter than the DeLonghi. The door edge looked worn – I wondered if I had received a worn item, but am not the sort of person to return it just on that basis. I still have to figure out how to change times and how to cook dishes with it and mostly whether it is cost-effective. I wonder too if the ninja machine (can’t remember which one) might have been better as it can bake bread too, in the ads. But maybe I just need to hone my cooking skill. It isn’t bad, But it is big and takes up a lost of space on the counter.
